  1. Services The Cupcake Stories provides wedding photography and videography services. Our services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
  2. Booking and Payment – Booking: To book our services, you must provide accurate and complete information. A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

– Payment: Full payment is due as specified in your contract. We accept CASH/UPI/NEFT, etc.

– Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please refer to our cancellation policy outlined in your contract.

  1. Client Responsibilities – Cooperation: You agree to cooperate with The Cupcake Stories and provide any necessary information or access required to perform the services.

– Permissions: You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, permits, or releases for the locations or subjects being photographed or filmed.

  1. Image and Video Rights – Ownership: You retain ownership of the images and videos we capture for you.

– Usage Rights: By using our services, you grant The Cupcake Stories the right to use the images and videos for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

– Model Releases: If applicable, you will be required to sign model releases for individuals featured in the images or videos.

  1. Intellectual Property – Website Content: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of The Cupcake Stories and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

– Client Content: You retain all rights to the content you provide to us. By providing content, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and modify it as necessary to perform our services.

  1. Limitation of Liability The Cupcake Stories is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the services in question.
